๐Ÿ‘ค For Customers

Go to Marketplace from the main navigation. You can browse all vendors, search for specific products, filter by location to find vendors near you, or filter by category (Vegetables, Fruits, Spices, etc.). Click "Visit Shop" on any vendor card to see all their products and place orders.

Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart" on any product. When you're ready, click the cart icon, review your items, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Choose your delivery option (Delivery or Pickup), enter your delivery details, select payment method (M-Pesa or Cash on Delivery), and confirm your order. You can track your order status in real-time.

We offer two delivery options: 1) ๐Ÿšš Delivery (KES 65) - Your order is delivered to your doorstep by a VSR (delivery agent). 2) ๐Ÿ“ฆ Pickup (Free) - You collect your order directly from the vendor at their location. Delivery typically takes 1-3 hours after preparation, and you can track your order status in real-time.

You can track your order from your Customer Dashboard โ†’ Orders tab. Each order shows its current status: Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Ready for Pickup, Out for Delivery, or Delivered. You'll also receive notifications (bell icon) and email updates when your order status changes. Once out for delivery, you can see the delivery agent's name and contact details.

We accept two payment methods: 1) ๐Ÿ“ฑ M-Pesa - Pay via Paybill number 247247 (account number provided at checkout). 2) ๐Ÿ’ต Cash on Delivery - Pay when you receive your order. M-Pesa payments are verified instantly, and your order is confirmed once payment is confirmed.

You can cancel your order before it's confirmed by the vendor. Once the vendor confirms your order, you'll need to contact the vendor directly through the platform to request changes or cancellation. After an order is marked "Ready for Pickup" or "Out for Delivery", it cannot be cancelled.

Click on "Meal Planning" in the main navigation. Choose your meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner) and budget level (Economy, Average, or Premium). The AI will show you meal suggestions with recipes, ingredients, and cooking instructions. You can save meals you like, ask the AI coach questions, and even watch cooking tutorials in the sidebar.

๐Ÿช For Vendors (Mama Mboga)

Go to Marketplace โ†’ Become a Vendor. Fill in your business details (business name, description, location), owner information (name, email, phone), and create an account if you don't have one. Submit your application, and our admin team will review and approve it within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when approved.

Once approved, go to your Vendor Dashboard and click the "Products" tab. You can add new products by filling in product details (name, price, unit, category, stock) and uploading a product image. Your products will appear in the marketplace. You can edit product details, update prices and stock levels, or delete products from the product list.

Go to your Vendor Dashboard โ†’ Orders tab. New orders appear with "Pending" status. Follow the order flow: 1) Confirm the order (payment must be verified). 2) Start Preparing the order. 3) Mark as Ready for Pickup when complete. The delivery agent will be notified and will pick up the order. You can track the order through delivery until completion.

VSRs (Vendor Sales Representatives) are delivery agents assigned to your shop. They deliver orders to your customers and can also help build your customer base. You can have up to 2 VSRs assigned to your shop. For each delivery, you earn KES 5 (from the KES 65 delivery fee), while the VSR earns KES 50. You can view your assigned VSRs and their performance from the "Sales Reps" tab in your dashboard.

Your earnings come from two sources: 1) Product Sales - Revenue from products sold, settled weekly. 2) Delivery Earnings - KES 5 per delivery, calculated automatically. You can view your complete earnings breakdown from the "Earnings" tab in your dashboard. Payments are processed weekly and settled to your registered account.

Go to your Vendor Dashboard โ†’ Profile tab. You can update your business name, owner name, phone number, location, and business description. You can also upload a profile picture and cover photo. Keep your profile updated to attract more customers and build trust.

Update the stock quantity for the product in your product list to 0. The product will still be visible but will show as "Out of Stock" and customers won't be able to order it. You can increase the stock quantity at any time to make the product available again. Regular stock updates help prevent overselling and customer disappointment.

If a customer has an issue with their order: 1) Check the order details and communication from the customer. 2) Contact the delivery agent if it's a delivery issue. 3) Resolve the issue professionally and promptly. 4) If you need assistance, contact our support team. Good customer service leads to repeat business and positive reviews.

You can format text, add headings, create lists, and insert images. Submit your story for review. Admin will review and approve it for publication. Published stories appear on the blog and help build your reputation.

When a client books an appointment, you'll receive a notification. Go to your Nutritionist Dashboard โ†’ Overview tab to see pending appointments. Click "Confirm" to accept the appointment. You can also reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary. After the consultation, you can mark it as completed. Your appointment statistics (total, completed, pending) are shown on your dashboard.

Clients can contact you through multiple channels: 1) WhatsApp - If you've added your WhatsApp number, clients can message you directly. 2) Phone - Your phone number is visible on your profile. 3) In-App Notifications - You'll receive notifications for appointment requests and messages. It's best practice to confirm appointments, ask about specific concerns before consultations, and follow up after sessions.

Consultation payments are processed through the platform. Clients pay when booking, and payments are held until the consultation is completed. After you mark a consultation as completed, the payment is released and processed in your monthly payout. You can track your earnings from the Nutritionist Dashboard โ†’ Overview tab. Payments are typically processed at the end of each month.
